Description:
- The “2026 Smart Manufacturing Rising Star AI Talent Bootcamp” is jointly organized by the Taiwan Automation Intelligence and Robotics Association in collaboration with leading companies such as FANUC Taiwan, Mitsubishi Electric Automation Taiwan, KUKA Taiwan, HIWIN Technologies, Pegatron Corporation, LUCKY Robotics, Leapsy (and more partners to be announced).
This program offers students valuable opportunities to engage with industry, participate in real-world projects under the guidance of senior mentors, accelerate professional development, and build strong core competencies for future careers in smart manufacturing. - Eligible applicants include junior and senior undergraduate students, as well as first- and second-year master’s students from engineering and related fields.
After passing company interviews, selected participants will join the intensive training during the summer.
Applications are divided into two phases:- Phase 1 deadline: April 30, 2026
- Final deadline: May 15, 2026
Applications in Phase 1 will be matched first. If positions remain available, Phase 2 matching will be conducted. We strongly encourage all interested students to apply.
- The bootcamp will be held from July 1, 2026 (Wednesday) to August 28, 2026 (Friday). The program includes:
(1) A three-day series of AI practice-oriented professional training courses.
(2) An eight-week industry internship, where students will work on projects under the guidance of industry mentors. This experience helps students connect with industry early, shorten workplace adaptation time, and enhance future employment opportunities.
