【Forwarded Notice】2026 IST Talent Development Scholarship

Dear Students,

The 2026 IST Talent Development Scholarship is now open for applications. Details are as follows:

1. Eligibility

(1) Target Applicants

Junior-year undergraduate students and above (excluding continuing education and in-service degree programs) who meet one of the following requirements:

  1. Achieved an overall average score of 80 or above in the previous academic year, with a conduct grade of A or 80 or above.
  2. Ranked within the top 20% of their department/class in the previous academic year, with a conduct grade of A or 80 or above.
  3. Demonstrated outstanding practical project performance and received a recommendation from a department or graduate institute professor.

(2) Additional Requirement

Applicants must not concurrently receive other scholarships of a similar nature that carry service obligations or contractual commitments with another company.

2. Application Period

Applications are accepted once per year, from the date of announcement until October 31, 2026.

Applicants should complete the IST Talent Development Scholarship Application Form and submit it, together with their previous academic year’s transcript and other required supporting documents, by registered mail to:

Applications will be accepted based on the postmark date. Late submissions will not be considered.
