Dear all,<\/p>\n

Taiwan will host the 2026 3rd International NanoOlympiad (INO)<\/strong>. To select outstanding teams with innovation potential and strong international competitiveness, the organizing committee will hold the Taiwan Preliminary Selection<\/strong>, adopting an open application and multi-stage selection process. Winning teams will represent Taiwan in the international competition.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s theme is \u201cNanobiotechnology and Health.\u201d<\/strong> The event is co-organized by National Tsing Hua University<\/strong>, Academia Sinica<\/strong>, and the Taiwan Nanotechnology Association<\/strong>. Attached are the event overview and poster.<\/p>\n

The competition encourages participating teams to propose original and application-oriented research concepts or design projects<\/strong>. It focuses on the applications of nanotechnology in healthcare, including but not limited to the following areas:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Nanodrug delivery and controlled release<\/li>\n
  2. Nanosensing and detection technologies<\/li>\n
  3. Applications of nanomaterials in medical devices and tissue engineering<\/li>\n
  4. Impacts of nanobiotechnology on sustainable health<\/li>\n
  5. Nanobionic technologies in biomedical applications<\/li>\n
  6. Applications of AI and big data in nanobiomedical fields<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Eligibility and Team Composition<\/strong>
    \n\u2022 Participants: Master\u2019s and Ph.D. students currently enrolled in Taiwanese universities.
    \n\u2022 Team composition: Up to 4 students and up to 2 advisors.
    \n\u2022 Students must be capable of delivering presentations and participating in Q&A in English.
    \n\u2022 Advisors may be academic faculty members, researchers, or industry professionals.
    \n\u2022 Cross-university, cross-department, and cross-disciplinary teams are highly encouraged.<\/p>\n
