【Forwarded Information】Railway Technology Practical Courses Offered by National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology

Dear All,

This is to forward information regarding the Railway Technology Practical Courses offered by National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology. The university will offer a series of railway-related practical courses and arrange on-site learning at railway depots. Students who are interested are encouraged to enroll through the inter-university course selection system.

Details are as follows:

  1. In the second semester of Academic Year 2025–2026, five courses will be offered:

(1) Undergraduate Program:

    • Taiwan High-Speed Rail System Practice (I)
    • Railway Operation System Practice

(2) Master’s Program:

    • Railway Communication System Practice
    • Railway Data Analysis and AI Optimization
    • High-Speed Rail System Practice
  2. An orientation session will be arranged in the first week of each course.
  3. All courses will be taught by industry professionals. Undergraduate courses will include on-site teaching at railway depots. Students who are interested are welcome to enroll.
  4. The inter-university course selection period is from February 23 (Mon.) to March 9 (Mon.), 2026, until 17:00.
