To implement the new curriculum guidelines and promote AI-driven education, Chih Ping Senior High School has specially designed the “Dual-Track Talent Development Program” this year for outstanding talents from universities and colleges:

l  Teacher Training Program (No Teaching Certificate Required)

Targeted at outstanding graduates who are passionate about teaching but have not yet obtained a teaching certificate. Selected candidates will be hired as substitute teachers and paired with experienced senior teachers as one-on-one career mentors. This program supports participants in obtaining a national teaching certificate while gaining practical teaching experience, achieving a “triple-win” pathway of employment, further education, and certification.

l  Flexible Benefits and Competitive Compensation

Chih Ping Senior High School complies with all regulations, offering a starting monthly salary of approximately NTD 40,000 for full-time and substitute teachers. With additional payments such as overtime teaching hours and after-school tutoring allowances, monthly income may reach NTD 50,000–60,000. The school also warmly welcomes master’s graduates or engineers with industry experience to transition into teaching, providing competitive salary packages and a supportive working environment.
