- 教學目標 Teaching Objectives：
本學程旨在培育具備品質管理專業知能、數據分析能力與服務創新思維之跨域人才，結合工業工程與管理之方法論，融入永續發展理念，強化學生於智慧製造與現代服務業情境下之品質改善、數據驅動決策與系統優化能力。
This program aims to cultivate interdisciplinary talents equipped with professional knowledge in quality management, data analytics capabilities, and service innovation thinking. By integrating the methodologies of industrial engineering and management and incorporating the principles of sustainable development, the program strengthens students’ abilities in quality improvement, data-driven decision-making, and system optimization within the contexts of smart manufacturing and modern service industries.

- 學程證書授予標準 Certificate Award Criteria：
- 須至少修習一門非學生所屬學系（組、班）之科目
Students are required to take at least one course outside their own department (or program/class).
- 修讀本學程之學生須修畢15學分，包含核心課程6學分，選修課程9學分，即授予學程證書。Students enrolled in this program must complete 15 credits, including 6 credits of Core courses, 9 credits of Elective courses, to be awarded a program certificate.
