- 教學目標 Teaching Objectives:
本學程旨在培育具備工業4.0智慧生產核心能力之跨域專業人才,整合物聯網、人工智慧、系統模擬、資料分析與自動化技術等課程,強化學生在智慧製造與半導體產業之應用能力。透過理論與實作並重之課程設計,提升學生問題分析、系統整合與決策優化能力,培養其面對數位轉型與智慧工廠發展之創新思維與實務競爭力。
This program aims to cultivate interdisciplinary professionals equipped with core competencies in Industry 4.0 and intelligent production. By integrating courses such as Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, system simulation, data analysis, and automation technologies, the curriculum strengthens students’ practical capabilities in smart manufacturing and semiconductor industries. Through a balance of theory and hands-on practice, the program enhances students’ abilities in problem analysis, system integration, and decision optimization, preparing them for digital transformation and smart factory development.

- 學程證書授予標準 Certificate Award Criteria:
- 須至少修習一門非學生所屬學系(組、班)之科目
Students are required to take at least one course outside their own department (or program/class). - 修讀本學程之學生須修畢15學分,包含核心課程3學分,選修課程12學分,即授予學程證書。Students enrolled in this program must complete 15 credits, including 3 credits of Core courses, 12 credits of Elective courses, to be awarded a program certificate.
